This is the new second edition EMA collaged watercolor tin. A lovely square tin ideal for holding shell paint palettes, half pans and double full pans. The size is 5 1/4” square by 3/8”. It will hold up to 16 shell paint palettes, 36 half pans or a variety of full pans and other painters pigments in double full pans. Each one is covered with an antique book plate. The book plate has been left unfinished so that you can add your extra panache. As each one is different please let me know which one you would like in comment or email. I love it! Perfect size for shells and sample watercolor I've collected. Just a note to those interested, the depth of this tin will not hold half/full pans that are overfull (the lid will not close). Overall, beautiful tin, Margot cares about her work and her customers.

Love it! Finished nicely. It is just a basic plain tin that has the design applied on top. It will hold 42 half pan watercolors. I will store unused/extra watercolors in it. Just delighted with the design. Will cover with Mod Podge for extra protection....all of my tins become varnished or Mod Podged.

While looking for a tin to hold a limited selection of my Kuretake Gansai Tambi, I ended up with this. The seller was very kind and helpful. The tin is the size stated and works well to hold paint pans. Time will have to tell how long the white mixing piece/surface will hold up. I only have one gripe with this palette: The book plate has no protection. It might have only lasted several days from use before tearing from being thin paper. I easily fixed this by laminating it and sticking it on the top. Also, the tin squeeks every time I open/close it. But, that dosen't affect the use of the palette. Other than that, i'm excited to use this!:)
