Watercolor of Copper, Lapis & Azurite

A hand ground watercolor set of copper vitriol4 with pigment crystals, lapis lazuli course and azurite course in full size pans. An intermediate to advanced watercolorists set of pigments that are ideal for contemporary applications in water media. Comes in a 1 1/2” x 2 3/8” x 3/4” hinged tin. They are all marked toxic. A delightful painters pigment collectible.

Watercolor charts shown are of the semi precious, metal and plant dyes group. The last end chart shows how campeche wood mixes to a deep steel blue with other pigments in the semi precious category.
